A quick browse online reveals that the Rancilio Siliva espresso machine gives the most bang for the buck (around $500-$600). We’ll probably want to get a grinder too. We have one that’s fine, but it makes such a mess each time we use it. I was hoping to find a machine that fits “in wall”, but the Mieles I saw were around $2000-$3000. Mr. budget’s belly is already too big and bulky:(
